Analytics! What fun. There is nothing more simultaneously exciting and discouraging as the numerical values associated with people’s (or a Bot’s) engagement of online content. It’s exciting because those numbers are cold and unfeeling and they don’t lie- but they certainly don’t tell the whole story. The numbers are only as helpful as the questions you’re asking.
