Hello everyone! It’s another week of drawing videos, comic strips and other random art happenings! With halloween right around the corner, I thought it’d be fun to do costumes. I’ve never been good at halloween in real life- my costumes are always lazy and not in a cheeky ironic way. Anyways!

Yet another Jeremy Loves Amanda comic! And quite possibly the LAST Jeremy loves Amanda comic. I have this bad habit of jumping all-in on little projects that I give 15 seconds of thought to, and then having that occupy an UNREAL amount of calendar time. As a reminder, Jeremy loves Amanda started as a throw-away gag:

It also started as a way to make an EVEN MORE simplified art style for my day-to-day comic making. I think there were some pretty funny ones, and all of them were exactly what I wanted them to be: easy to digest ‘couples comics’.

But that’s not super satisfying in the long run. When I thumb through an old Space Chuck book, it’s incredibly satisfying- story and art I really TRIED at. So, with that in mind, it’s back to the drawing board! Which is fine by me, because that’s what I happen to love doing.

Next week I’ll post a short comic story I’ve been working on- It’s ALMOST done this week, but it really only reads well if you read it from start to finish in one sitting (it’s about 8 pages, it’s an easy read).

I’ve been thinking about putting some .pdf’s of my old comic collections together and putting them up on gumroad for e-reading delight! If that’s something that interests you, let me know.

Anways, here’s some comics from the archives:

Truly art style development is a thing to behold! haha.
