We continue our month of Christmas themed drawing videos with GIFTS! Easy mode is pretty easy (bottom right) Medium mode is a stack of presents using 2 point perspective (left) and the dog with a bow? Well, that’s the hard mode timelapse. I wanted to draw a bow and I miss my dog.
Other than that, I didn’t make ANY comics at all! But that’s because every single spare ounce of artistic energy is going into a really ambitious art project that I can’t talk about at all or else I won’t do it. I heard on a podcast years ago that sometimes, for artists, they get the same satisfaction having discussed their idea with someone as they get completing and showing their idea to the world. I know that is DEFINITELY the case for me. But it could very well take MONTHS to get this project done, and when I do get it done, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be for my own satisfaction. BUT! I don’t want to leave you in a lurch, so here are some archive comics I thought would be fun to revisit:
