This week’s LET’S DRAW was a request: CYBORGS! And it was a lot of fun. I don’t know if you can tell, but anything that is vaguely related to science fiction is an instant win in my books. I decided to do the hard mode as a digital painting, because I haven’t done it in a while and my skills in that realm are SLIPPING! I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I always liked that messy digital concept art sort of style, but AI can do that style so well, and it’s kind of turning me off of it a bit. But it’s still fun to do!
I love how I went from a week where I made five comics, to a week where I only made one:
I always thought kitschy tchotchkes were supposed to be cheap? NOT FOR RICH PEOPLE! The black unmarked globe really ticked me off. If it were like, $50, then okay, but it was THOUSANDS! I don’t get it. I never will. I’m okay with that! (Is this how a person becomes close minded?)
