do people in canada pronounce Jay-Z as Jay-Zed?  and the answer is no, i’m canadian, and i’ve never said Jay-Zed, except to make a lame joke.  But the letter “J” is pronounced the same everywhere, and the letter “Z” is not… To avoid confusion, Jay-Z coulda spelled his name “J-Zee”, and still kept the cool “spelling out one letter” thing, but whatever.  I’m not hip with the hop.  also, i’m like ten to fifteen years too late with my suggestions.
