There’s more then one way to start the day off right! Although going for a walk helps me get some exercise, and lying on the couch doesn’t! But sometimes lying on the couch with your dog is just what you need.
Sleep is important! Without 1/3 of our life being unconscious, we wouldn’t function very well the other 2/3 of the time. Some people sleep more, and some sleep less, but that sleep enables us to be awake. There’s nothing worse than being so tired, you can’t fall asleep!
