For this, my one Hundredth LET’S DRAW video, I’m drawing ME! Rob Shauf. And this may seem narcissistic, but believe it or not, on the list of about 25 things a classroom sent to me that they wanted me to cover in the last year, I was on it! So I figured, better give the people what they want.

These videos are pretty time consuming to make- each one takes between five and six hours to put together, and that’s AFTER I got better at editing them together. It’s at least 500 hours spent on drawing and video editing over the life of me making them. And now, having achieved one hundred, I think I’ll be putting them to bed. Time to come up with a different idea for videos to make.

I’m also gonna go on a wee comic making break! I’m ALREADY feeling the urge to make some comics and it’s only been a week. I have a couple copies of my books laying around and this week I’ve picked up each of them (my scifi graphic novel SPACE CHUCK which you can read for free here, as well as GoGoMachRocketSheep Book One, which are just the archives of this webcomic compiled in print form). I LOVE the longer-form stuff I’ve written in the past and wouldn’t mind taking another crack at it. But before I jump in to another 500+ hour project, I want to take a break and think it through.
