Popcorn is like, the one snack that isn’t horrible for me. It’s not deep fried, you can go easy on the butter, and it’s crunchy. But man, it’s no free ride. For one thing, you need to pop the corn, which is 2 minutes of CHORE and when you want a snack, you rarely want to work for it you know? The second thing is, you roll the dice as to if popcorn is going to destroy your gums or not.
